Terms and Conditions
Registration and Payment
Participants must complete the online registration form and submit full payment to confirm enrollment. New participants are required to purchase an official Aseano Soccer t-shirt for $20 at the first class.
Program Structure
At Aseano Soccer, we offer a dynamic program that blends technical skill-building with personal growth. Players enhance their dribbling, passing, and shooting abilities through engaging drills and games. Beyond the field, we emphasize character development—teaching discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Our inclusive environment ensures every child enjoys the game while building confidence and friendships. It’s more than soccer; it’s about nurturing well-rounded individuals who thrive both on and off the pitch.
- Each session runs for eight (8) weeks, with two (2) classes per week held every Saturday and Sunday.
- Attendance is monitored and recorded by Aseano at each class session to maintain accurate participation records and support program integrity.
- If absent, make-up classes can only be used within the same season and cannot be carried over to future sessions.
Uniform Policy
All children participating in classes are required to wear the official Aseano Soccer t-shirt. This requirement is intended to promote responsibility, foster a sense of unity among participants, and ensure adherence to program standards.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. However, credits for paid group classes may be applied to a future season at Aseano Soccer’s discretion. For private classes, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Weather and Schedule Changes
In the event of weather-related disruptions (e.g., rain or poor air quality), Aseano Soccer LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify participants via email, text message, or phone call at least 1–2 days prior to the scheduled class. However, Aseano does not guarantee delivery or receipt of such notifications.
Participation and Safety
Participation in Aseano Soccer programs is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Aseano Soccer LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during participation, including but not limited to self-inflicted injuries, incidental contact, or accidents involving other participants. Furthermore, Aseano Soccer LLC disclaims any responsibility for injuries arising from actions or activities not expressly instructed, supervised, or authorized by Aseano coaching staff during scheduled sessions.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, positive, and sportsmanlike environment at all times. Aseano Soccer LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of the program’s code of conduct.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
- Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the timely drop-off and pick-up of their child(ren). Aseano Soccer LLC does not assume responsibility for participants outside of designated class times.
- For the safety of all participants, children will not be released to any individual not previously authorized in writing. Prior written notice identifying the authorized individual must be submitted to Aseano Soccer LLC in advance.
