Aseano Soccer Camp Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

• Registration and Uniform
  

  Participants must complete an online registration form and payment. New participants are required to purchase a uniform at the first class. Players aged 4 and above must wear the mandatory uniform during classes. Uniforms are available for purchase at the first class for $20.

General Terms

• 6 Week Class Structure

  Each session consists of 6 classes over 6 weeks, held every Sunday. The first absence is noted as "absent but doesn't count," while subsequent absences are marked as "absent and counts." Make-up classes must be scheduled the week following the session.

• Make-up Classes & Cancellations

  Classes canceled due to weather or insufficient enrollment will not reduce the total number of classes. Canceled classes will be rescheduled.

• Participation and Safety

  Players participate at their own risk. Aseano Soccer LLC is not liable for any injuries incurred during the program, including self-inflicted injuries or accidents involving the child.

• Code of Conduct

  A respectful and positive environment is expected for all participants. Aseano Soccer reserves the right to remove a child from the Camp for disruptive behavior.
  

Drop-off and Pick-up

• Drop-off

  Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children on time for each Camp session.

• Dismissal

  No child will be released to anyone unknown to the Aseano Soccer staff. Please notify us in advance if someone else will be picking up your child.

Photo/Video Consent

• Consent

  Aseano Soccer may take photos and videos of participants for promotional purposes, such as on our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). We will not reveal participants' names or individual identities.

• Opt-Out

  If you do not want your child's photo or video taken, please notify Aseano Soccer in writing via email at [email protected] before the start of the Camp.

Refund Policy

• Refunds

  A 25% administration fee will be applied to all refunds.

• Opt-Refund Window

  Refunds are only available for a period of 21 Days after Purchase.The Refunds will only be made to the Payment Method Used. 

• Non-Attendance

  No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled Camp session.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aseano Soccer regarding your child's participation in the Camp.
